Freedom of speech involves the right to think the unthinkable, mention the unmentionable, and challenge the unchallengeable.
-- Oliver Wendell Holmes

Gas chambers and chemistry and the missing cyanide traces.

Michael Shermer publisher of Skeptic Magazine published an open letter on the internet to Germar Rudolf. Mr. Rudolf is a PhD level chemist who was convicted in Germany for refusing to falsify his research findings. This resulted in an interesting exchange that can be found by following the link to an open letter.

As Mr. Shermer is planning to publish a book debunking the material he purports to deal with in this letter, you may consider this exchange as indicative of the kind of material the book is likely to contain.

Emails are posted as published save for typographical corrections.

Holocaust as Religion March 5, 2000

I would rather hide behind freedom of speech than behind maudlin self-righteousness. -- Cabell W. Johnson
