Allez Cuisine!

Matt Giwer's World of Food

I know thought you could live without it. But here it is in all of its anything that doesn't eat me first splendor. The reason is frankly just for the heck of it. In over thirty years of eating my own cooking and making things taste the way I want them to taste, I learned a little bit. Maybe it will help you.

This is not a list of recipes for good reason. This is just me having fun and enjoying what I eat the way I cook it.

This is not well organized. In fact it is not organized at all. This is no more than an aggregate of ramblings on food and food preparation. Give the pages a quick scan to see if it is to your interests.

Bits and pieces, odds and ends. If you like what you read contact me at jull43@tampabay.rr.com and let me know a topic for comment. These are far from my complete interests just what came up on the first cut at creating the directory.
