Here is the secret of that extremely hot, green, Japanese mustard usually found only in sushi in the US. It isn't mustard at all. It is a member of the horseradish family. I have no idea where to get it in the US other than in jars at the grocery.

But stop kicking yourself that you can't find hot "mustard" any place else. There is no other place else.
