Israel has now formally announced a new policy of murdering anyone it suspects of threatening Israel any place in the world without excluding the United States.

Israel will do this through its foreign assassins in the Mossad.

There is a problem. The Mossad is a secret organization. It is known to have agents who are citizens of other countries and who do not have dual citizenship with Israel. Unlike rational intelligence agencies they choose Jews to draw attention to themselves.

There are many problems. First off it is plain murder. Second their error rate in even getting those they suspect (suspect only, not actually guilty) of having harmed Israelis is about one in five. Third they have made every Jew suspect of being an armed murderer.

It may be fun to imagine the Mossad is some kind of James Bond agency but if in every five films Bond bumps off the innocent it would be an accurate representation of the Mossad.

What are all of us potential targets to do? Obviously we can't go around killing every Jew else we would be as bad as Israel. How about just shooting all Israelis? After all Israel is a democracy and all Israeli voters are responsible for the actions of their government. They have only their government to blame if they are all suspected of being murderers. And they are all murderers when their democratically elected government murders in their name. (They can revolt. It is not like they are bound to accept the criminal responsibility.)

So who is left to shoot? That is hard to decide but your life is in your hands and you never know if you are one of the lucky one in five innocents up for slaughter. And as the US government has approved their operation on US soil using Israelis or recruited Jewish Americans we are really on our own. As it is approved by the US government there will be no protection and there will be no followup in justice if we are murdered by those swine.

This decision by Israel puts the average American in a quandry. We have local gun laws and local murder laws yet we know there is an Israeli sponsored murder organization which will be working in the US whose error rate is much greater than organized crime. They are even more dangerous than they are incompetant.

One thing we could is organize into local militias as we know the US government is doing nothing to discourage them. Again we are on our own. So if we organize to find and kill them first it is simply in our own self interest. And should there be a problem with the local law enforcement, we have only killed of murder squads before they can act so a local jury will give us medals rather than convictions.

Of course we will make mistakes but as long as we have a lesser error rate than they do a jury will certainly understand the way the US government understands a twenty percent error rate.

In any event there is the old adage, it is better to be tried by twelve than carried by six.

Beyond that there is a larger duty, to protect our fellow innocent citizens as we have an ancient tradition of innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Even if wearing an al Qaeda or Iraqi dogtag, he is innocent until proven guilty. It is our duty to uphold and defend the constutition of the United States and turn them over to the law for trial rather than see our traditions destroyed by a bunch of foreigners murdering people left and right on mere suspicion.

Are we not Americans? Or are we Israelis?

It is a difficult question but it is not one of our own choosing. Israel has put it upon us and our elected government had acquiesed in permitting murder of our fellow Americans. Our government may find legal excuses around the Constitution but we are a civilized people to whom legalities are meaningless when it comes to common decency and justice.

We cannot permit foreigners to murder our fellow Americans. We must take a stand in justice and decency and end this threat to our lives and the lives of our fellow Americans before it starts. The people who support these death squads are in their embassies and legations around the country and that is the place to start. If they are permitted to leave their compounds they can murder at will.

All other properties owned by them including homes and businesses are in the same category. They must be bottled up in them to prevent their murdering Americans. Protests, demands to the local police, every lawful means must be explored first but not after the first murder where the government takes no action as after the first time the government takes no action there is no other recourse.

Action does not mean a mild protest. It does not mean filing a complaint. It means throwing every damned one of them out of the country instantly and rounding up everyone that can be found and questioning them until they talk even if they run out of fingernails and toenails.

A foreign government is now running death squads against Americans with the approval of the US Government.

What choice do we have?

I have read some casual mention from US sources that Israel retracted this policy. I can say I read Israeli online newspapers every day. I first read of this policy in Israeli newspapers. I have never read of any retraction of this policy.
