In that section of the United States Constitution the powers of the United States Congress are specifically defined. Amendment 10 to the Constitution says Congress has no other powers. In each of the first three articles of the constitution there appears the following oath of office for each branch of the Federal government. "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of president of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the constitution of the United States."
Now lets see what these points mean taken together. The first point lists the only powers delegated to Congress by the Constitution. The second specifically says there are no other powers. The third says that if the President, the Vice President, members of Congress or members of the Supreme Court support or defend anything not in in the first point they have violated their oath of office.
Once the oath of office has been violated the person no longer has the authority of office.
Let us take it one step further. Every Federal employee, every member of the military has taken the same oath and is equally subject to loss of authority before God and man for upholding and defending any law not in Article 1, Section 8.
In other words any federal agent or person showing up to support or defend a law that does not follow from Article 1, Section 8 is not different from a street thug. It that person happens to be armed he is an armed street thug. If more than one shows up, they are an armed street gang.
If the courts uphold such laws then it is a court from the fevered brow of Kafka as an invalid law is the same as no law or a secret law. But this is not an "if" situation, this is a situation that is happening every day.
Read Article 1, Section 8 some time. Show me where you find the power the regulate health care? Show me where you find the power to regulate the environment delegated to the federal government. Show me where you find the power to own and control land in the states delegated to the federal government. You will find clearly that Congress clearly has the power to govern the District of Columbia but nothing else.
So why does Congress appear to have these powers? Perhaps no one is objecting. It is certainly impossible to find the media addressing such questions. Where does the government get the power to enforce these laws save by the people acquiesing to the unconstitutional exercise of power. Why do courts support these laws save for the power of federal criminal courts to refuse to hear constitutional issues, appeals courts to kick it upstairs in favor of the government and the Supreme Court to arbitrarily refuse to hear constitutional issues.
So we have 537 elected federal officials in violation of their oaths of office and without the legal or moral authority to act. We have a federal government that in fact has no authority and in having no authority every violation of the delegated powers becomes worse. And each time that happens we are a few more minutes closer to midnight on the Revolution Watch for the rebellion to begin.
But remember one other thing. That oath of office is taken by every person in the US Military. The Constitution they have sworn to uphold and defend does not give Congress the power to employ the Army to suppress rebellion or insurrection. Congress has only the power to employ the militia to do so. Under present law that limits them to National Guard and the unorganized militia.
But it is only from those groups that the rebels or insurrectionists will come. And that leaves it of primary importance that the rebellion define its objectives in terms of the constitution so the National Guard at least can not support unconstitutional laws.
On the other hand the majority of the knowledge and skills available to the insurrection will be from ex-military and it is noted the oath does not end "during term of enlistment". It is for life save for a superseding oath which is practically limited to changing nationality.
The constitution and the oath of office were intended to be binding. Now they are merely condemning. They were abandoned as working for the federal government and now they are the most power weapons against the federal government.
My friends, when an enemy hands you a weapon to beat them over the head, do not refrain from using it.
