The Julius Ceasar Assassination

Long forgotten is the presumption that Brutus was the leader of the group that assassinated Julius Ceasar. This "official" story was later perpetuated by Shakespeare with the twist that Brutus was recruited by Cassius. May we ask why this deliberate attempt to confuse issues?

Consider who benefited from the assassination. Not Brutus. Immediately Marc Antony used his eulogy opportunity to complete the take over of the Empire for himself and the other two conspirators who formed the Triumvirate to rule the Empire.

Not surprisinly the funding for the Globe Theater was provided by bankers who were connected to the Tri-Lateral Commission, the successor name of the original Triumvirate. This certainly explains how he knew so much about Italy (Merchant of Venice, Romeo and Juliet) without having actually visited -- his important contacts with the original Italian source of the Tri-Lateral Commission.

Documents recently unsealed by the Vatican give details of the autopsy on Ceasar indicating, despite the prevarications of the committee headed by Antony that there were only three stab wounds which appeared to be sword wounds rather than stylus wounds. Further, it is reported the unbloodied (pristine) stylus found next to his body was not in any way shaped like a sword -- as the official report had indicated.

Who else was involved? Obviously the conquered countries were ready to revolt upon the death of Julius Ceasar but they did not revolt against the Triumvarate. Why? Is this not strange? The Gaullic -- Triumvarate Connection can not be understated.

Julius Ceasar is widely credited with the assassination of Vercingatorix and what more natural response than a vengence motivated assassination in return. But it was something they could not accomplish by themselves so they traded peace to the Triumvirate for the death of Julius Ceasar.

Then of course there was the mysterious woman in the life of Antony, Cleopatra. The titular ruler of Egypt that Julius Ceasar had conquered. Cleopatra was already married to her brother. What would her role have been in the JC assassination that would lead her to reward Antony with herself and her empire?

What did the silenced Brutus know that required his death? Was he really killed by the mob? Why was the mob incited against Brutus if he did not know something?

Surprisingly, there was never an autopsy performed on Brutus. Was this to cover up more sword wounds? We may never know but we can speculate.

Brutus was a Senator, and had privacy to the highest levels of government and who would be in a better position to know of the plans of the future three co-conspirators? A scape goat was needed and what better way to insure success than to kill two birds with one stone, so to speak?

There are still unanswered question. Outside the walls of the Senate there is the embankment and the infamous "chariot wall." Many visitors to the Senate that day noted that the embankment, better known as the grassy knoll had several unidentified persons on it and when ask they identified themselves as members of Ceasar's Legions.

Behind the wall there were numerous chariot tracks and copious horse droppings indicating they had been waiting there many hours. Afterward a check of the Legion encampment indicated there were no men assigned to the Senate and no chariots had been drawn from the chariot pool.

Also consider that everyone involved in, who was alledged to know anything, who saw anything, who had any part in the investigation, is now dead. One can not help but think there is something suspicious going on. Why have they all been silenced? Who was behind it? The answers we may never learn.
