Neither the United States constitution nor the constitution of any state I am aware of holds there is any difference between citizens based upon occupation. However I find this difference in most every law passed by the US government. Were I to play coy I could go on for the next thousand words making you guess what I mean.
That is not productive in this case. Clearly in this country there is a difference between a citizen who is an employee and a citizen who is an employer. That is totally and completely contrary to the federal constitution. It is also a matter of the Fascist form of government this country has adopted.
Fascism is the control of business to the ends of government. In so claiming that power our government has proclaimed employers are not citizens protected by the constitution. It has held that only employees are citizens that can be protected by the constitution.
I invite any examples of employers being considered protected by the constitution. Specifics are invited.
I regret to inform the liberal establishment that considering employers different from the employees in the protection of their human rights to be only Marxist in origin and Fascist in implementation.
We have a specific amendment in this regard in the Constitution. It is the 14th amendment. We are all equal regardless of our employer or employee status in life. We are all to be treated equal. Period, no questions asked, end of discussion.
But we are not being treated equally. An employee is legally permitted to choose his friends but an employer is not permitted to choose his employees. That clearly makes for two classes of marxist citizens.
It is time we end this marxist nonsense. I have my rights regardless of how many jobs I create. I do not trade off my right to pay someone a living wage because I am doing the hiring.
And that personalized it but I am hiring no one. How many of you are trying to start a business and as soon as you hire some one other than for business purposes you are suddenly subject to affirmative action laws? If you do not know, all of you.
Excuse me, you do not yet have 50 employees or whatever the number this year. Excuse me, are you planning to stay small? I can project your future earnings very easily if you stay small. If you are not some kind of local deity you can continue to receive food stamps.
Any rational person knows that in going into business and pretending to becoming a success knows they are also planning to become federally controlled citizens because they are trying to make money by employing people.
This is marxist.
This is liberal.
This is Fascist.
And these three are unacceptable. These are un-American, period. I do not see how to make this more clear.
We have a class of liberals out there who have been working to make the employer class to become the owner class. After they make that connection they say you can not use your bought and paid for property as you wish.
It is no longer employer and employee, the liberal fascists won that years ago. It is now land owner against all the shades of Lenin on the side of the government of this country. This is what has to be ended.
Join the movement and welcome to it. We will end fascism in this country come hell or another revolution.
