I received this book from Carol Moore head of The Committee for Waco Justice whose report on Waco is also here.
It is presented here in four parts as they were received. The ascii text has been converted to hypertext by me (blame goes no further.) I have done my best to maintain the format of the document as I received it despite some strong temptations to change it. Enough on that point.
The hypertext formatting has been done in a manner that is minimally intrusive so if you can not deal with the .zip format you should not have a problem plain reading it off line from a saved file.
