Some of these might turn out to be artifacts of Netscape as was the fade-in title trick. I do not think that will turn out to be the case here but it could. I am familiar with the relevant parts of the specifications and do not believe I am violating any of them. However, I make no claim of fluency in the specs nor of being correct.
