Some ideas have been around for so long they should be given their own category along with urban legends. They differ from conspiracy theories in that conspiracy theories are addressed to specific events such as JFK and Flight 800. The few which are connected such as JFK/RFK/MLK they have obvious common threads. These ideas have a life of their own. They are not invoked as a primary cause which explains everything. They are suggested as possible explanations to otherwise inexplicable events such as shooting up a school yard. I plan to examine a few of them over the coming months. I may never find more than one of with a plausible foundation. Government Mind Control Drugs If they do not exist the question is why do they not exist.
